1. Pre-Booking Cancellation (₹1,000 Fully Refundable)
  • The pre-booking amount of ₹1,000 can be cancelled at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, the entire pre-booking amount will be refunded, with no questions asked.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation request.

2. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
  • Customers may cancel their order any time before the product is dispatched.
  • A 100% refund of the order value will be issued for cancellations made prior to shipment.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted and will be governed by the Refund and Returns Policy.
3. Order Cancellation (After Dispatch)
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  • Customers are requested to refer to the Refund and Returns Policy for eligibility related to returns, refunds, or replacements after delivery.
4. Cancellation by Golden Gate Battery

Golden Gate Battery reserves the right to cancel an order under circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Non-availability of products or critical components
  • Technical or logistical constraints
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
  • Events beyond reasonable control (force majeure)


In such cases, any payments received will be fully refunded to the customer.

5. Refund Timeline for Cancellations
  • Approved cancellation refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • The actual credit time may vary depending on the payment method and banking procedures.
