Online UPS Warranty & AMC Agreement

1. Warranty Terms
- The UPS is covered under warranty for 2 years from the date of installation.
- Warranty includes:
o Repair or replacement of defective parts.
o Technical support for operational issues. - Warranty exclusions:
o Damage due to misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs.
o Consumables such as fuses, filters (unless specified). - Warranty service will be provided on-site during working hours (9 AM – 6 PM).
2. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
Scope of AMC Services:
- Preventive maintenance: inspection, cleaning, battery checks.
- Corrective maintenance: repair of faults and replacement of minor consumables.
- On-call technical support and performance monitoring.
AMC Charges & Payment Terms:

3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide access to UPS for maintenance and service.
- Follow manufacturer’s operational guidelines.
- Report faults promptly.
4. Liability
- Supplier is responsible only for UPS repair or replacement.
- No liability for indirect or consequential losses due to UPS downtime
5. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by Indian laws.
- Any disputes will be resolved via mutual discussion or, if necessary, arbitration
under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996
6. Sales, Installation & Service Area Limitation
To ensure reliable support and availability of authorized distributors, sales, installation, warranty, and AMC services are strictly limited to the following regions and quotas: Kochi, Cuttak, Bhuvaneswar, Mumbai, Delhi.
Conditions:
- Warranty and AMC services will be provided only within the regions listed above.
- Units sold, installed, or moved outside these areas will not be eligible for on-site service unless separately agreed in writing.
- Distributor quotas may be modified based on demand and service capacity.
