Refund and Returns Policy

1. Pre-Booking Refund Policy (₹1000 Fully Refundable)
Additional non-returnable items:
- The pre-booking amount of ₹1000 is fully refundable at any time, with no questions asked.
- If you decide not to proceed with the final purchase, the entire amount will be returned to you.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of request.

2. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
- Customers may cancel their order before the product is dispatched.
- A 100% refund will be issued for cancellations made before shipment.
3. Return Policy (After Delivery)
Returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The product is damaged on arrival.
- The product is not functioning as described.
- There is a manufacturing defect.

4. Non-Returnable Items
- Damage due to misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs.
- Items without original packaging.
- Improper installation damage.
- Consumables/accessories not part of the main UPS unit.
5. Warranty Support
All products come with a standard warranty. Warranty claims follow warranty terms.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days, depending on payment method.
