Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Golden Gate Battery (GGB). We value your trust and are committed to providing a transparent and customer-friendly purchase experience. This policy outlines the terms governing refunds, cancellations, and returns.

1. Pre-Booking Refund Policy (₹1000 Fully Refundable)
  • The pre-booking amount of ₹1,000 is fully refundable, with no questions asked.
  • If you choose not to proceed with the final purchase, the entire pre-booking amount will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of request.

2. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
  • Customers may cancel their order any time before the product is dispatched.
  • A 100% refund will be issued for all cancellations made prior to shipment.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be handled under the Return Policy.
3. Return Policy (After Delivery)

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery
  • The product is not functioning as described
  • There is a manufacturing defect


Return Process

  • Please email info@goldengatebattery.com with your order details and supporting evidence (photos/videos).
  • Upon verification, Golden Gate Battery will arrange for pickup.
  • Depending on the case, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence
  • Physical damage occurring after delivery
  • Products that have undergone unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation
  • Damage caused due to improper installation or use
  • Consumables or accessories that are not part of the main UPS or battery unit
5. Warranty Support

All products are covered under a standard warranty, as applicable. Any issues arising after the return window will be addressed strictly in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions.

6. Refund Processing Time
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the original payment method and banking processes.
  • In the event Golden Gate Battery is unable to deliver the product within the committed timeline, we reserve the right to refund the deposit or amount received, along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum, calculated for the applicable period.
